Why total?
The name “Total” is inspired not only by our emphasis on complete technical development but also by the legendary Dutch football philosophy of the 1970s: Total Football (Totaalvoetbal). This revolutionary style emphasized fluidity, intelligence, and complete mastery of the game—values we instill in every session.
Why Techniek?
“Techniek” means technique in Dutch. It’s a nod to Rob’s roots and a reminder that true excellence starts with technical precision.
Why 14?
The number 14 honors Johan Cruyff—icon of Totaalvoetbal, legendary player, and visionary coach. Cruyff’s influence on how the game is played and taught is deeply embedded in our philosophy. At Total Techniek, we study and apply his principles to develop creative, intelligent, and technically proficient players.
